From Vision to Virtual Care
Jennifer is a registered physiotherapist specializing in pelvic health. She combines education, manual therapy, and home exercise programs to help clients achieve their goals. Inspired by her vision, she dreamed of treating patients through an app.
She aimed to create a safe space where patients could identify urinary, bowel, or sexual issues related to the pelvic floor and receive treatment from the comfort of their homes.

Launching a Patient-Centered Pelvic Health App
Jennifer was introduced to Twelfth Dream through a mutual connection. Following the LaunchPath framework, we completed the ideation phase, designed the customer journey map, and defined the proof of concept. The minimum viable product was developed and launched within 2 months, followed by a successful marketing campaign.
With this, Jennifer’s dream of treating patients through an app started to become a reality.

Idea to App Journey
We conducted initial research to clarify assumptions and set measurable goals, anticipating many unknowns. Critical features were identified to build the minimum viable product, followed by a quick branding phase. A comprehensive marketing campaign was launched based on insights about the target audience.

Turning an Idea into Reality: From App Creation to Marketing Success
Using WordPress gave us access to a variety of pre-built components. We selected a theme that closely aligned with the app’s purpose and enhanced it to meet project specific needs. While hosting both the website and app on a single platform, we transformed the app into a Progressive Web App (PWA), ensuring easier patient future access.
The website was optimized for marketing, and a campaign launched immediately after confirming the app’s functionality. Within just 2 weeks, we had our first client!
